We request a minimum of 2 weeks notice on all orders.   Availability is subject to change without notice so please let us know as early as possible if you need something for a specific date.  

Unfortunately not at this time as shipment of goods is currently prohibited under the Cottage Food Law of Florida.  Please see additional information here.

Payment is due in full one week prior to the date your pick up/delivery is scheduled.  An invoice will be send to you via email with payment details.

Please note that at this time all of our macarons are made with almond flour and would not be suitable to consumption for people with tree-nut allergies. While some of the menu items listed do not include nuts, Boss Lady Bakehouse is not a nut-free kitchen.  Please let us know if you have any allergy concerns before placing any orders and we will verify if we are able accommodate. 

At the time your order is finalized, a pick up/delivery window will also be scheduled.  Please keep in mind that pick up time is firm and we cannot guarantee freshness for items that have been picked up after the established window.  If something comes up, please let us know as soon as possible to allow for other arrangements.
